1)
If you're walking/driving:
From Bras Basah Rd/Orchard Rd:
From Bras Basah Rd, drive past Rendezvous Hotel, followed by Plaza By the Park on your left, then turn left into Waterloo St (the road between Plaza By The Park and Singapore Art Museum). The entrance to the building is on your right.
From
Guan Yin Temple/ Fu Lu Shou Complex:
Walk past Guan Yin Temple, then past the Indian Temple and Fortune Centre. Cross Middle Road to the other side of Waterloo St
(NAFA and Scupture square on your right, Bank of China on your left). Waterloo
Centre will be on your left.
- From Victoria St/ North Bridge Road/ Beach Road:
From Victoria St/ North Bridge Road/ Beach Road, turn into Middle Road going towards Bencoolen St. Drive past the new National Library (on your left). Pass Queen St, then turn left into Waterloo St. The entrance to the building is on your left.
- From Selegie Road/ Bencoolen St:
From Selegie Road/ Bencoolen St, turn into Middle Road going towards Beach Rd. Turn right into Waterloo St (Sculpture Square & NAFA are on your right at the corner of Middle Rd and Waterloo St). The entrance to the building is on your left.
Parking:
- Coupon parking is available along Waterloo St.
- Underground coupon parking at Blk 261 is available - enter via Queen Street, and make a right immediately to enter underground car park for Blk 261 on your left.

If you're taking the MRT and walking:
From Bugis MRT: Walk towards the new National Library. Turn right
into Middle Road. Pass Queen St, then turn left into Waterloo St.
From City Hall MRT: Cross Bras Basah Road and walk past Carlton Hotel (opposite Raffles Hotel) towards NTUC Income building. Turn right into Queen St (between NTUC Income building and Singapore Art Museum) and walk for about 150m til you see Waterloo Centre on your left.
NOTE: Along Waterloo St, use the building entrance under Blk 264, directly opposite SCWO.
