Chocolate Tart
A really awesome rich and chocolatey tart (still a well-kept secret). Have it on its own or with berries on top!
Berries include a mix of strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries, depending on availability.
Medium - 7inch round, serves 4–6
plain: $30
with berries: $35
Large - 9inch round, serves 8–10
plain: $49
with berries: $56
Serving Recommendation:
The tart tastes best at room temperature. Take it out of the fridge approx 1 hour before serving.
Storage:
The plain tart can be kept in a box in the fridge for up to 1 week. The tart with fruit on top should be consumed within 3-4 days.
