Terms & Conditions:
Prices
1. All prices are in Singapore dollars (S$), and may be subject to change
without prior notice. Our prices are nett, we do not charge GST.
2. Premiums may apply for express orders, last minute changes and cancellation of orders at short notice.
Payment
Processing
3. We accept payment via cash/Nets/Visa/Mastercard at our store and corporate
cheque payments. For payments via internet transfer, kindly call us for more
information. For cheque payments, kindly make cheques out to: Room For Dessert Pte Ltd.
4. For deliveries, payment method is cheque upon delivery or internet/atm transfer prior to delivery. For gift deliveries, kindly make payment at our store or mail us a cheque prior to the delivery.
Delivery
Services
5. Delivery service is available at $10 per trip (CBD or central areas) or $15 per trip (non-central areas) within Singapore. We do
not deliver outside of Singapore.
6. Delivery hours are Mon-Fri: 1pm to 6pm, Sat: 9am to 12pm. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
7. Delivery within CBD is free for goods purchased above S$150.00 and delivery outside CBD is free for goods purchased above $200.00.
8. A surcharge applies for same-day deliveries and morning deliveries outside delivery hours. We do not deliver to Sentosa, Jurong Island and other restricted areas.
9. For failed deliveries, a fee of $15 will be imposed for each subsequent re-delivery attempt. Alternatively, arrangements may be made for self-collection at our store. The original delivery fee will still apply for the first (failed) delivery attempt.
Cancellation
of Orders
10. For standard cake orders, a cancellation fee will apply for cancellations
less than 2 business days in advance.
11. For customised and novelty cakes, a cancellation fee will apply for cancellations less than 4 business days in advance.
Exchange &
Refunds
12. All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
